Jackie Lewis DiesJackie Lewis, long time active Grace Church member, died Saturday morning. Her funeral will be held at Grace Church with the Rev. Stephen Bondurant officiating. Dates and times of any visitation and the funeral service have not yet been determined. An eGraceNotes will be issued as soon as dates and times are available. Junior Warden Wanda Miller says of Jackie, "I know Jackie as a loving mother and grandmother, soft spoken, smiling, a true LADY. Jackie for years has taken care of our bulletin boards. She has served on Altar Guild for years and served on Vestry/Mission Council. Jackie truly has served our Lord in her actions." Senior Warden says, "Please keep Jackie's daughter Kim Herman and her husband Steve Herman and their family in your prayers at this very difficult time. May her soul rest in peace." Judy Parks Dies
Judy Parks, former Grace Church secretary, has died. Her visitation will be Monday, September 27 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Walker Funeral Home, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Mount Healthy. Her funeral will be Tuesday at 10 am at Church of the Assumption, 7711 Joseph Street in Mount Healthy. The photo was taken during one of her several visits to Grace in 2008 with her grandchildren. Survived by her husband, Donald Sr., 1 son, Donald (Mary Martin) Jr. and 1 daughter Kathleen Blackwell; 2 brothers, Thomas Gaupel and Robert Gaupel; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by 1 brother James Gaupel and 2 sisters, Norma Lee Powell and Gladys G. Kirby.
Friends may call Monday, September 27, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday 10 am at Church of Assumption, Mt. Healthy. Burial to follow in Arlington Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Parks was a Bank Teller for First Financial for 5 years. Arrangements by Walker Funeral Home.
